All alone on the error

I got an email back from "Seven Block":

this had been happening for a few months. i switched to firefox, and
the problem completely went away. good luck!

Looks like I'm all alone in resolving this error, whether by continued email with their support or by making the jump to another social bookmarking tool. Seven Block, I thought we were comrades in arms!

I don't know if support is just unskilled or what, but I can't believe the only way to resolve this is to jump to an entirely new browser (I used Firefox in the past, not going back until I see what IE7 has to offer)...
